"Service" is orbitcrew at https://orbitcrew.ai and https://app.orbitcrew.ai. "Agent" is an AI assistant that orbitcrew runs on your instruction. "Credits" are the prepaid unit you spend on agent runs (1 credit = ₩10, VAT included). "API key" is your own Anthropic API key that you may register instead of using credits. "Content" is anything you enter or upload and anything agents produce for you.

We may change these terms. Changes are posted on this page at least 7 days before taking effect (30 days if unfavorable to you). Continuing to use the service after the effective date means you accept the change; if you do not, stop using the service and delete your account.

You sign in with a Google or GitHub account. You must be at least 14 years old and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your provider account secure. One person per account; accounts are not transferable.

orbitcrew lets you create projects, have a manager agent recruit specialist agents, assign tasks, chat with agents, and review results. Features may change over time. There is no subscription: you pay for agent runs with credits (§5) or run them on your own API key for free (§6). Team and enterprise plans will be announced separately.

Credits. 1 credit = ₩10 (VAT included). New accounts receive 300 trial credits once; the amount and the models available on trial credits may change. You top up by card through Toss Payments; we never see or store your card number.

Deduction. Each agent call is deducted from measured tokens at the per-model rates published in the app (Anthropic's list price times a multiplier, VAT included). Free and bonus credits are spent first, then paid credits. Rates may change with 30 days' notice; credits already purchased are unaffected until the effective date. If your balance runs out during a run, the run stops with the results so far — that is not a defect.

Refunds. Paid credits you have not used are refundable in full by cancelling the payment from the account screen. Trial and bonus credits are not refundable or transferable. Once part of a purchase has been used, the remaining paid balance can be refunded on request to hello@orbitcrew.ai, less any payment fees. Credits expire 5 years after purchase. We may reclaim credits obtained through abuse (e.g. duplicate accounts).

Operator key. Runs paid with credits are made with the company's own Anthropic API key. Your content is still sent to Anthropic only to generate the response you asked for (see the Privacy Policy).

Beta period. While the Service is marked "beta", top-ups go through a test checkout and no money is charged, even if you enter a card. Beta top-ups are limited to 5,000 credits per user per month. Credits obtained during the beta have no cash value, are not refundable or transferable, and expire when the beta ends; the company will announce the end date at least 30 days in advance in the app and on this page. Usage during the beta is still measured and recorded.

Instead of credits you may register your own Anthropic API key. While a key is registered, agents run on it and no credits are deducted; orbitcrew itself is then free. All usage billed to that key is your responsibility and is paid by you to Anthropic under Anthropic's terms — we cannot refund it. orbitcrew shows estimated usage for convenience; Anthropic's invoice is authoritative.

We store your key encrypted and use it only to make requests you initiate. You may delete it at any time, after which runs are paid with credits again. You must comply with Anthropic's Usage Policy when using the key through orbitcrew.

You own your content. You grant us only the license needed to store, process, and display it to you and to send it to the AI model on your behalf. You are responsible for having the rights to what you upload, including files from folders you connect. We do not use your content to train models.

Do not use the service to break the law, infringe others' rights, distribute malware, attack or overload the service, scrape it, share your account, circumvent security, or generate content that violates Anthropic's Usage Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that do.

Agents can be wrong, incomplete, or biased. Output is provided "as is" and is not professional (legal, medical, financial) advice. Review it before relying on it, especially before acting on it or sharing it. Agents may take actions inside your projects (creating tasks, fields) as you configure; you control the autonomy level.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service or any feature, with notice where practical. We may interrupt the service for maintenance, security, or events beyond our control. We are not liable for loss caused by such changes or interruptions except as required by law.

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time by emailing hello@orbitcrew.ai. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination we delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of data, or costs incurred on your API key; our liability for credit-related claims is limited to the unused paid credits concerned. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for our intent or gross negligence.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes are first addressed by good-faith discussion; failing that, the court having jurisdiction under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.
